Children’s Advertising Review Unit: Children’s Advertising & Online Privacy Conference 2014

Allison Fitzpatrick, Davis & Gilbert Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Partner, will present during the pre-conference workshop, “Staying Ahead of the Curve: Practical Considerations for Running a Successful Children’s Food and Beverage Advertising Campaign.” Ms. Fitzpatrick and her co-presenters will discuss the current trends and best practices with respect to food marketing to children.

In addition, James L. Johnston, Entertainment, Media & Publishing Partner, will lead a session titled “Lights, Camera, Self-Regulation! Marketing Entertainment Content to Children.” Mr. Johnston and his co-speakers will discuss the major issues encountered when marketing movies, television programs, apps and video games to children.
