The Changing Environment: How Recent Legal Changes Can Impact Your Policies, Procedures and Requirements

Recent case law and statutory amendments have significantly impacted the legal landscape, requiring employers throughout the country to reassess and modify their existing employment practices.  Given the additional emphasis on enforcement promulgated by the federal and state governments, and the uptick in lawsuits and administrative filings, it is critical that employers comply with new legislation and adjust their employment practices so as to best insulate themselves from potential litigation and other costly administrative processes.  To help you understand these changes, and how to address them, this program will cover, among other things:
