Samantha R. Padilla is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. She advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling. Ms. Padilla works with employers and management to resolve issues, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. She also helps clients remain compliant with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Ms. Padilla was an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. During law school, Ms. Padilla worked in the Legal Department at a multinational investment bank. She also served as a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and member of the Fordham Law Moot Court Board.
