
Danielle C. Zolot is an associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups of Davis & Gilbert. Ms. Zolot has represented clients in a broad range of intellectual property matters, employment matters and complex commercial disputes, including at the pre-litigation stage. She also has experience litigating in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Ms. Zolot was a litigation associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where she focused on litigation and compliance matters involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. While at Manatt, she provided pro bono representation to amicus curiae in federal cases regarding the restitution of Holocaust-era artwork, including cases before the Supreme Court of the United States. Prior to Manatt, Ms. Zolot was a litigation associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, LLP.
