Allyson B. Hopper is an associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups of Davis & Gilbert. Her practice includes litigating intellectual property issues including copyright, trademark and trade dress infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets actions. Ms. Hopper also has represented clients in a broad range of employment matters, complex commercial disputes, and breach of contract claims. Ms. Hopper has experience litigating in federal and state courts, including proceedings at both the trial and appellate court levels. In addition, Ms. Hopper advises clients on navigating pre-litigation resolution of complex commercial and intellectual property disputes.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Ms. Hopper was a litigation attorney at Cahill Gordon & Reindell, LLP. She has experience in antitrust, securities, and commercial litigation and has provided pro bono representation relating to immigration and family law.

Ms. Hopper served as a law clerk to the Honorable K. Michael Moore, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
