Sabrina S. Worthy is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. She represents and advises clients on a wide range of employment matters, including wage-and-hour disputes, harassment, discrimination and whistleblower complaints.

Ms. Worthy has worked on various litigations before federal and state courts, as well as administrative charges before federal and local state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the New York State Division of Human Rights and New York City Commission on Human Rights.

Ms. Worthy was recognized in the 2019 “Top 40 Under 40” list by National Black Lawyers Top 100. Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, she was an associate at Littler Mendelson PC. During law school, Ms. Worthy was a judicial intern to the Hon. Wayne J. Forrest in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She was also a student attorney for the Equal Justice Clinic.
