Davis & Gilbert Attorney James L. Johnston Joins Faculty Of Leading Digital Entertainment Media & Marketing Conference

NEW YORK, November 6, 2006 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partner James L. Johnston will be on the faculty of DEMMX, VNU's Digital  Entertainment Media & Marketing conference on November 29-30, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

In a session titled "Explore Our World--Moving Into Multiplatform Media Terrain," Jim will join forces with Discovery Communications' Jonathan Sichel, Vice President, Business Affairs, Digital Media to discuss the constantly evolving digital media environment and explore the legal and business challenges facing various parties from a content, technology and consumer perspective when traditional media companies move aggressively into digital media and distribution.

James L. Johnston is a partner in the Entertainment, Media and Publishing, and Advertising, Marketing and Promotions groups of Davis & Gilbert.
