Davis & Gilbert Attorneys Ronald R. Urbach And Richard S. Eisert To Serve On Faculty Of Leading Branded Entertainment Conference

NEW YORK, December 8, 2005 — Davis & Gilbert announced today that partners Ronald R. Urbach and Richard S. Eisert would be participating as faculty at American Conference Institute’s “Structuring and Negotiating Win/Win Brand Integration Deals.” The conference will take place on January 30-31, 2006 at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, CA.

Mr.Urbach, a partner in and co-chair of Davis & Gilbert’s Advertising, Marketing and Promotions Department, will discuss implementing brand integration strategy and forging mutually beneficial relationships.  Mr.Eisert, also a partner in Davis & Gilbert’s Advertising, Marketing and Promotions Department, will discuss mobile and wireless in the anatomy of branded entertainment deals.
