New York Paid Family Leave and Remote Work Arrangements

The New York Paid Family Leave Benefits Law (PFL) will go into effect on January 1, 2018, with important new provisions for employers to address to ensure compliance. This seminar will provide guidance to employers as they navigate the specifics of the PFL, including:
