Glenn E. Motelson is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. Mr. Motelson has broad experience representing clients in a wide range of real estate matters, such as leasing, dispositions and management of commercial properties.

Mr. Motelson's practice has an emphasis on representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of office space and retail space throughout the United States. His experience includes negotiating leases, subleases, management and leasing agreements, brokerage agreements, surrender agreements, and other related leasing transactions. Mr. Motelson is also experienced in negotiating telecommunications agreements related to commercial properties. His tenant clients include companies across multiple industry sectors (including professional services and insurance companies) and he also represents various owners of commercial buildings in all of their leasing needs.

REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENTS

  • Represented landlord Tishman Speyer in the 500,000 square foot lease with MetLife, Inc. in the MetLife Building at 200 Park Avenue.
  • Represented landlord Tishman Speyer in the lease of approximately 190,000 square feet with Paul Hastings LLP in MetLife Building at 200 Park Avenue.
  • Represented landlord Tishman Speyer in the 458,000 square foot lease renewal, expansion and restructuring with Jefferies & Company at 520 Madison Avenue.
  • Represented Rockefeller Center in the 100,000 square foot lease renewal with Baker Botts at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
  • Represented The Boston Consulting Group in several office leasing transactions in the New York Metropolitan area.
  • Represented The Segal Company in office leasing transactions across the United States.
