Anna Schuler is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. Her practice encompasses all aspects of domestic and international trademarks, including clearance, registration, policing, and enforcement. Ms. Schuler counsels clients on issues surrounding the selection, registration, and protection of trademarks, names, slogans, and domain names. She also has experience in intellectual property disputes, infringement litigation in federal courts, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Ms. Schuler was a litigation associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where she focused on trademark law, art law, and general litigation matters. During law school, Ms. Schuler was a Senior Articles Editor for the Fordham Law Review.
