Nicholas Joseph is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. He represents and advises employers in a wide range of employment matters, including those involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, retaliation and breach of restrictive covenants. He also provides clients with day-to-day employment counseling, such as updating workplace policies and manuals, discrimination and harassment training and general advice on compliance with federal, state and local employment law. In addition, Mr. Joseph has represented clients in all aspects of labor-management relations, including matters related to collective bargaining agreements, grievance arbitrations and has litigated disputes before the National Labor Relations Board.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Joseph was a labor & employment associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. While in law school, he served as a law clerk at the National Football League. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Joseph worked as a paralegal at Sidley Austin LLP.
