Marissa L. Comart is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. Her practice includes a broad range of general commercial matters, including complex litigation, regulatory investigations, class actions and employment disputes. Ms. Comart has experience litigating in both federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Ms. Comart was a securities and antitrust litigation attorney at Kirkland & Ellis. She also has experience working on regulatory inquiries and investigations and has provided pro bono representation relating to immigration, education and criminal law.

Ms. Comart also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul E. Davison, U.S. Magistrate Judge, Southern District of New York. While in law school, she served as an editor for the NYU Review of Law & Social Change. Before law school, Ms. Comart worked as a special education teacher.
