Kristopher D. Reichardt is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. He represents and advises employers in a broad array of matters, such as defending employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour disputes as well as provides employment counseling. Mr. Reichardt also represents management in labor-related matters, including arbitration, the defense of unfair labor practice charges, and collective bargaining negotiations. He has handled a broad range of cases, from individual employment disputes to multi-plaintiff and class action litigation in state and federal court, as well as various administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Reichardt was an associate at Epstein Becker & Green. During law school, he served as a Notes Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy, was an Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Law Fellow, and an agent with the National Labor Relations Board. Before law school, Mr. Reichardt served four years in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.
